Reservation requests

Submitting a website form does not create or confirm a reservation. Service is confirmed only after RTS accepts the request and communicates the final itinerary, vehicle, price, payment requirements and applicable cancellation terms.

Information accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, date, time, passenger, luggage, flight, contact and accessibility information. Changes may affect availability and price.

Vehicles

Photos and category descriptions are illustrative. Exact make, model, year, color, capacity and amenities are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Pricing and additional charges

Prices, deposits, waiting time, overtime, tolls, parking, cleaning, damage, stops, route changes, gratuity and cancellation terms must be stated in the final reservation communication or agreement.

Delays and circumstances outside control

Travel times may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, public events, airport conditions and other circumstances. Nothing on this website guarantees arrival times.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, submit false requests, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service, or use site content in violation of intellectual-property rights.

Intellectual property

RTS branding, original text, photographs and other materials are protected to the extent provided by law. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers and liability
